Hi fellow modellers,



I’m the Membership Secretary for Mendip Model Racing Car Club. You are all invited to our Open Day, can you please pass this email onto your club members.



Mendip are looking to improve our promotional activity and allow drivers with cars to “have a go” on our purpose built facility near Bleadon, Weston-Super-Mare.



The open day will be next Saturday 9th August, admission is free and we ask only £2 for drivers to use their cars during sessions between 11.00am and 4.00pm. On arrival, drivers will be given to a liaison officer dependant on their model’s scale and type and lead through safety briefings, etc.

Following in the evening, we have a BBQ with life band (GreenBack). All are invited to this free evening out, we only ask you pay for the food and drink which is priced at our normal “pit stop café” rates. Please bring deckchairs or rugs to sit on.
