Sweetnap Raceway has been asked to host 2 rounds of the South West Regional 1/8th scale Championships!

Of course we have said yes! The championship is run with 3 other clubs, Tiverton, Exeter and Kernow, and is an 8 round Championship over the 4 tracks.

I have explained to the coordinator that this is our first year hosting 1/8th scale racers, but hopefully we should be able to put up a few entrants and show all our visitors a great days racing at Sweetnap Raceway.

Race dates are yet to be confirmed, but keep an eye on the website and forum and i will let you all know as soon as do!

Already things are looking up for our new scales at Sweetnap, i consider it an honour for the club to be invited to host such a championship in our early days of 1/8th and 1/10th, lets hope its the start of something great!!!

Due to a lack of participating tracks, and very full race calendars, the Regionals have been "put on hold" until further notice.
